Here's the opening sequence of Mike Judge's cult film "Idiocracy". Briefly it demonstrates that idiots breed faster than smarter people, and that will lead to a hillbilly-like society of really, really low IQ citizens. (I think it's already happening) After you see this, go see the whole movie. Parts of it will remind you of WALL-E.
